As you build somebody's nation, do not forget about yours. Complaining will not help.
But we've got to have leadership that respect the intellectual. People go back home with so much hope and expectation and then bogged down by paperwork and under-the-table deals. Just create an environment that makes people want to come back home and invest

Every one of has a reason why he doesn’t want to go back or even invest in African. These reasons include laziness of the people, indiscipline, corruption and many more. We have to know that these problems are not going to go away tomorrow. There are so many of our bros and sis who are making it back and have more joy and peace in their lives than those of us abroad. At the end, we will one day get to know that we have not served ourselves, our children and the continent. I’m not saying every one should pack and go back, but everyone should at least ask himself or herself, what he or she can do to help back home. Thanks.

How do we keep good talent back home. Unless they really embark on a real mission to attract top  with good salary and enabling environment to succeed, this will only get worse
