Instead he places the blame entirely on the government which makes it seem like he does not take into account the effects of European influence such as the introduction of capitalism and the huge impact that had in shaping Africa’s present-day economy.

Individual rights are not a priority at home, little will it be in Africa. Hopefully as the internet awakens China to free style views of democracy and ideals, it will provoke thoughts of global cooperation and human rights
