How long will the west continue to pump money into the hands of dictators who never use the money to the benefit of thier own people. Even mugabe’s regime still gets funding from external sources. If the money doesn’t get to the people who need it and it rather help these dictactors to grab onto power, then we have to start debating the whole idea of foreign aid
