I think we need to intensively investigate as to whether the completion of our skin (black) matters when it comes to how we treat the issue of development or is it because of the culture of poverty that has entangled bulk of our people to be insensitive to development? I am still pondering that if the blacks in South Africa were the only people I don’t know as to whether they would have been developed. This is something to seriously investigate. It is so appalling for the black race.
